Skillties as an individual

  • What Skillties isExplanationSkillties makes visible what people can do and what an organisation needs. Every person rates their own skills, a Skills Profile says which skills a role needs at which level, and the match shows the distance between the two. Everything else, from teams to Entra ID, builds on these three things.
  • Create an account and the introductionGuideYour account is created the first time you sign in; there is no separate registration. A four-step introduction then takes you to your first profile and your first ratings. It takes about two minutes, can be interrupted at any time and remembers where you were.

  • Join a workspaceExplanationThere are three ways into a workspace: an invitation, your company's email address, or an admin who adds you and grants access. In every case the workspace decides whether you get in, not you. What you have to do yourself differs by route.
  • Language, appearance and phoneGuideSkillties comes in German and English, light and dark. You switch both in the account menu at the bottom left of the sidebar. The language is part of the address; the appearance lives only in your browser. On another device you choose both again. On a phone, Skillties runs in the browser and can be placed on the home screen like an app.
