A team's target says which skills it needs, at which level and in how many people. Skillties compares it with what members state themselves.

1. 1Open Teams. In the sidebar, choose Teams.
2. 2Create the team. Choose New team, then Line team or Project team. Enter Name and Purpose, for a project team also the End date, and choose New team. You become its lead.
3. 3Add people. On the People tab, choose Add people, search for the people and confirm.
4. 4Set the target. On the Skills tab, choose Add skills. For each skill, set the Level and the Count of people who need it. It saves at once.
5. 5Ratings come by themselves. Anyone who hasn't rated a target skill yet gets a Rate a skill card on their start page. You don't have to ask anyone.
6. 6Read the gaps. Overview shows how many target skills are met. On the Skills tab, filter by Too few or Nobody.
