Start with the library, let the AI suggest and inherit what fits. Skillties collects the ratings by e-mail. So you quickly get a picture of who can do what.
Wie gut jemand einen Skill kann, ist nie öffentlich. Das bleibt in Ihrer Organisation.

Public & Private Skills01 / 08
Start with what others have already built.
The library comes with public skills and skills profiles. Search, open, adopt. Public profiles are maintained by the community: whoever uses them joins the discussion and makes them better for everyone. Whatever only concerns you, you create privately.
The profile is public, never the person. How well someone masters a skill stays in your organisation.
One word is enough. The AI builds the rest with you.
Type in a role. Skillties reads it and suggests the matching skills. The department adopts, comments and adds what only it knows. And the AI thinks ahead: it recommends skills that will soon be needed.
Combine AI and community: inherit instead of rebuilding.
Take a public profile as the parent. Derive your own children from it, such as junior and senior. They inherit every skill of the parent and set their own requirements. When the parent changes, the children follow. And for anything only your role needs, the AI helps again.
One tap in the e-mail. Skillties does the rest.
Skillties tells every person which skills are still missing. One tap per skill, right from the inbox, no training needed. The mapping applies the rating automatically, and the match on every skills profile is there instantly. It could not be easier for employees.
People who see their next role inside the company look for it outside less often.
From goal to number: who needs to be able to do what.
You write the target as a sentence. Skillties shows who already meets it, whom you can reskill and whom you need to hire. Then every gap becomes a learning path.
Who actually decides what someone should do?
Not HR alone. A campaign passes the assignment of skills profiles for one area on like a relay baton: HR starts it for a department, the head of department assigns each person their main, secondary or target profile and adapts the profiles if they wish. Employees see straight away what belongs to them.
Every profile has an owner. The radar keeps them up to date.
A skills profile belongs to the department that maintains it, not to HR. But industries change faster than anyone checks. The radar reads trade blogs and industry articles and reports skills that are becoming important for the profile to its owner. The owner decides what is adopted.
How much of your work can AI already do?
AI coverage shows for every skill how much of it AI covers today, and from that for every role, team and organisation. So you plan the AI transformation on facts: where AI takes load off, which skills gain value and where people need new skills.
Answered briefly. We are happy to go into more detail in a conversation.
Can anyone outside see how good our employees are?
No. Only skills and skills profiles are public. Who masters which skill and how well always stays in your organisation, visible according to your roles and permissions.
What happens when a public profile changes?
If you used it as a parent, your child profiles follow the change. Your own skills and requirements stay as they are.
Does the AI add skills without asking?
No. The AI suggests, the profile owner decides. That applies when creating a profile and to suggestions from the Future Skills Radar.
How does the request reach everyone?
By e-mail to every person, with exactly the skills that are still missing. One tap per skill is enough, Skillties applies it automatically.
Does the manager have to confirm ratings?
No. Each person rates their own skills. If you want, peers or the manager can give feedback on top. You decide per group who sees what.
What does “soon” mean?
Strategy scenarios, rollout campaigns, Future Skills Radar and AI coverage are on our roadmap. We are happy to show you where they stand.
What would your skill architecture look like?
We build your first skills profile with you and show how your team rates itself by e-mail.
